Truth!

One thing I also like that you did, (forgive me if I'm reading too much into it) but you made Foamy a lot calmer than I've seen him in previous episodes. He's usually angry, swearing, back-talking and about ready to sock you one if you make a single comment good or bad... but Foamy did a good job not only keeping his cool... but actually being able to address the issue and articulate himself in a conversation that didn't call for too much snappy thinking or hostility. He also kept it highly entertaining and relevant. (I totally blame the voice for the entertainment value though.)

But yeah. ;D Foamy just proved he isn't a stereotype either. Well done, Foamy. Well done!

Keep up the good work. If you ever need more voice actors for whatever reason, you know where to find me. ;D

After reviewing some comments on your other video.

I would really like to say straight up that you're way better than I can ever hope to be. But I would still like to try and critique where I can.

You did well with transitions and some of the effects were very well done. Some seemed a bit more simple but it didn't effect the quality of this piece in the least.

The only thing that bothered me slightly was the walk cycle where the characters (during one sequence inparticular) appeared to put out one leg then slide instead of stepping/walking.

The only other bother was the walking even... they seemed to be 'flat'... for lack of a better way to describe it... because people move when they walk... they DO tend to bob a little bit... at least from what I witness. Still, I recognize that it's easier to animate a character walking on the spot than across the screen.

The music piece was very well chosen and I quite enjoyed the rest of it... but you need to put some more time into the finer details... because for some people, it can really irk them.

Have no fear though! I still review at a nine and vote at a full-five. =) You have potential, my friend and I don't doubt you put a great amount of time into this. But some time reached out to the finer details can really do wonders. ^__^

Take care and keep up the fine work!

If Jojovill lost to anything, I'm glad it's this.

Haha. I know I'm a bit late here but on the same day your animation acheived front page, Jojovill episode five was Daily Second. Not that I think it's the greatest animation around but I was curious to see what it lost to. Let me just be first to say... I'm glad it was you and your very inspiring animation that it lost to.

The transitions were amazing. The whole thing was planned beautifully. And while the lighting could've been better in some places, you still did really, really well!

Here's a shout-out from a voice actor who hath seen many-a animation... but quite possibly, none quite as intriguing.

Take care! And keep it up!

Jasmerrin responds:

Wow. That was a very thoughtful, very kind review. Thank you very much for your advice - I did the best I could with house lights, windows, and cardboard, but I'll try to get some more lighting experience before my next film (my next one that incorporates live action, that is). Anyways, I really appreciate that you both liked my movie and took the time to tell me so. Thanks!

Ok, wow... XD

It's... too good! X3

Nice mix of voices too. =3

I have voiced in quite a few Flashes, and a few professional, yet independent projects. I love expanding my range and being seen for what I can do. =)
